  3. Use your legal name and current email address

No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding specific results or the timeframe in which credit improvements may occur. Every client's credit situation is unique, and success depends on various factors outside our control.

Payment Policy: All payments must be made in full as agreed. If a payment fails, is reversed, or disputes are initiated through the bank or credit card company, legal action may be taken to recover the outstanding balance, and you may be held liable for additional fees.

No Refunds: Payments for services are non-refundable, as we invest time and resources into each case upon agreement.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.

Chargeback Acknowledgment & Refund Disclaimer

By proceeding with services rendered by Shepire LLC , the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding payment disputes and chargebacks:

All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of services and the immediate labor-intensive preparation of dispute documentation, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance once work has begun.

Chargebacks are not tolerated. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company after receiving services or documentation is considered fraudulent and will be viewed as an intentional breach of this agreement.

False chargebacks = legal action. If a chargeback is filed falsely, you acknowledge that The Credit Goat reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including:

Civil claims for breach of contract and theft of services

Submission of the incident to fraud databases

Formal complaints with financial institutions and the CFPB

Bank disputes do not override signed agreements. Attempting to reverse a payment with your bank will not release you from the terms agreed upon, nor does it entitle you to cancel services retroactively.

You must contact The Credit Goat directly to resolve any concerns. We are committed to professionalism and transparency, and we expect the same integrity in return.

  • By signing and submitting payment, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. This acknowledgment may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.
